Conditions
Service available for a minimum stay of 15 days and a maximum stay of up to 1 year.
A deposit is required as a guarantee, which will be returned at the end of the stay, once it has been checked that the condition of the room is optimal and that all the conditions of the contract have been fulfilled. The deposit is €300 for stays of up to 30 days, 1-month-worth payment for stays of up to 3 months and 2-month-worth payment for stays over 3 months.
The cancellation of the reservation implies the loss of the deposit if it is cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the service. Cancellation between 7 days before and the service start date implies the loss of €400 as cancellation fee.
