FRONT DESK
The front desk is open and at your service 24 hours a day. It is located on E Floor and can also be reached by telephone by dialing dial 9 on the room terminal.
BREAKFAST
The breakfast buffet is open daily from 07:30 am to 10:30 am and is served in the breakfast room on the E Floor.
83.3 TERRACE BAR
Discover the hotel's impressive rootop bar where you can enjoy the best cocktails, street-food tapas, live music and panoramic views of the entire city. Is open form Monday to Thursday from 05:00 pm to 00:00 am and Friday to Sunday from 12:00 pm to 00:00 am. Guests staying at the hotel have a 10% discount.
GYM
The gym is freely accessible to all guests, open 24 hours, and is located on the S Floor.
INTERNET
To connect to the WiFi, bring your mobile device close to the device on the wall in the room and fill out the form, or connect to the Royal Free network and complete the form with your details. The WiFi is free throughout your stay.
CHROMECAST
You can send content from your mobile phone or tablet to the TV by connecting to the WIFI network broadcast by the TV. To do this, turn on the TV, click on the "cast" icon and follow the connection instructions.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm onwards. Check-out time is until 12:00 pm. In case of early check-in or late check-out, please check availability and rates with Reception.
ROOM CLEANING
The housekeeping team will clean your room daily. If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please place the "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of the door handle. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days to reduce water consumption and protect the environment. If you need to change towels at any time, place them on the bathroom floor for change. If you need to change the sheets, please request it to the Reception department.
ROOM SERVICE
Room service is available from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm. You can view the menu and place your order online
DRY CLEANING AND IRONING SERVICE
The hotel offers a laundry service. To use it, use the laundry bags provided in your room closet, place the items you want, fill out the form next to the bag, and inform Reception.
GARDEN
A spacious courtyard typical of the l'Eixample neighborhood where you can relax. It is located on the E Floor and is open from 07:00 am to 09:00 pm.
OFFICE CORNER & VENDING
On the E Floor, there are several computers available with internet connection and a vending machine with snacks and drinks at your disposal.
PARKING
Covered parking in front of the hotel, open 24 hours. Price: €20/day for Royal Club members (public price €30). Advance reservation required.
